The Dog House Grooming Salon and Spa
The Dog House Grooming Salon and Spa is a unique establishment that caters to the needs of dogs. They offer luxury baths, mini-grooms, and full-service grooming. Additional services include feather extensions and blueberry facials. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays by appointment. It is also licensed to provide dental care.
The Doghouse Grooming Macclesfield is one of the first successful examples of the vision that Bubble and Sarah-Jane had. The owners opened the business to provide a better work-life balance and a regular income. When they first opened the business 18 months ago, they were hoping to reach 400 clients. By the time they reached that milestone, their client list doubled. The owners are now confident about their ability to expand and keep up with the demand for quality grooming.
While the business is still small, Belinda and Sarah-Jane have invested in their knowledge and expertise to raise the bar locally. They used their corporate background to set up systems and processes to ensure efficiency. In their first year, they renovated a former tanning salon and added top-of-the-range equipment. In just 18 months, the business has doubled in size. They have since expanded their client base across the UK and have established a successful website.
